Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Our shipping department is open Monday-Friday from 8:30-5:30 pm EST. We do our best to ship orders within 48 hours for all non-personalized orders. If you have an item that requires any personalizing then we do our best to ship within 72 hours. We do our best to choose the most efficient and economical shipping companies.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that our hard work shines through and your order was received as expected. Our items are made to order and packed by our workshop. Reshipping and replacing product due to mistakes is expensive, so we really want to know when there is a problem with your order.

Many of our products use natural or reclaimed materials, so you should expect each piece to be unique and show natural wear from the history of time and previous use.
Imperfections are inherent and to be expected, but mistakes or damage are not okay so please reach out if something isn’t right!

If you need to report a damaged item or would like to return your item:

Please take a photo of the damaged item or the item you would like to return.
Note: Please include an image of the damaged product as well as any damage to the box that accrued during shipping.

Package item in original packaging if returning product.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your claim to be processed and a return authorization to be emailed if needed.
